江南自古便以秀麗的水鄉風光吸引無數,使人為其傾情賦詞,除卻春江水漲、煙雨迷蒙的圖景,更多的是自由與閑適自然的情懷,雨中青山,江上漁舟,天空白鷺,兩岸紅桃,從匠心之處反映其高瞻遠矚,悠然脫俗的意趣。漁歌子·徽州菜萬豐路店便是如此,設計師吳為以“江南印象”為思路展開設計 ,意向與具象互為穿插,相輔相成,譜寫鮮明、柔和、安靜且具活力的空間樂曲。于此空間而言,強烈的設計語言貫穿始終,鮮明的設計符號強調其空間屬性。“竹”元素作為空間的主角,通過線性語言強調縱向的關聯,以“婆娑竹海”聯通了上下兩層間的空間關系。空間中大面積吊掛了金屬鋼管制作而成的“白竹”,不規則的排列讓空間中充滿了節奏與層次感,營造出視覺焦點與豐富的視覺感受,通過視覺符號的提煉,使得兩層空間層次關聯密切,空間更為整體,設計也更為純粹,帶給客戶更好的品牌記憶,增強傳播性。


Since ancient times, Jiangnan has attracted countless people from the beautiful scenery of the waters, which makes people give their words. In addition to the rising tide of the spring river, the misty and misty picture is more of a free and leisurely natural feeling. The mountains in the rain, the fishing boats on the river, the white herons, the two sides of the river Peach, from the ingenuity of the heart to reflect its long-sighted, leisurely and interesting. This is the case with Yugezi·Huizhou Cuisine Wanfeng Road Store. Designer Wu Wei designed the “Jiangnan Impression” as a way of thinking. The intention and the imagery are interspersed with each other and complement each other to create a distinct, soft, quiet and dynamic space music. In this space, the strong design language runs through, and the distinctive design symbols emphasize its spatial properties. As the protagonist of the space, the “bamboo” element emphasizes the vertical relationship through linear language, and connects the spatial relationship between the upper and lower layers with “Wozhu Bamboo Sea”. In the space, a large area hangs the "white bamboo" made of metal steel pipe. The irregular arrangement makes the space full of rhythm and layering, creating a visual focus and rich visual experience. Through the refinement of visual symbols, the two layers are made. The spatial level is closely related, the whole is more integrated, and the design is more pure, bringing customers better brand memory and enhancing communication.



而其中一成比例的“竹”,被替換為鏡面不銹鋼材質的“亮竹”,穿插其中,以不經意間展現出的反光折射,在視覺上得到延伸,有高聳入云之感,又似倒映在水中,賦予食客獨特的視覺感受。一眼望去,江南的雋秀被刻印在紗簾之上,飄逸靈動,似乎窗外可見水墨江南,云里霧中,上下錯落更顯精致。江南如水墨,樸實恬靜,浸染時光的沉香,散發出陣陣綿長的幽香,設計師熟知其中深意,藍色之外,以暗色氤氳,將空間氛圍沉淀下來。而對于材料的運用,以帶有江南符號的灰瓦作為主材、帶有水鄉印記的荻花作為點綴,用來表達江南水鄉的靈動與秀逸,營造輕松雅致的氛圍。為避免厚重的紅色喧賓奪主,故以黑色金屬格柵附于紅色藤條之上,使得墻面連接之間形成強烈的對比,充滿戲劇性,順而與白墻銜接,讓視覺緩沖。

In the water, give the diners a unique visual experience. At first glance, Jiangnan's Xiu Xiu was engraved on the gauze curtain, and it was elegant and ethereal. It seems that the ink is in the south of the window, and the clouds are in the mist. Jiangnan is like ink, simple and quiet, and the aroma of time dyed, exudes a long lingering fragrance. The designer knows the deep meaning of it, and the blue color, with dark colors, precipitates the space atmosphere. For the use of materials, the gray tiles with the Jiangnan symbol as the main material and the flowers with the watermarks are used as embellishments to express the agility and exquisiteness of the Jiangnan water town, creating a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. In order to avoid the heavy red smashing, the black metal grille is attached to the red rattan, which makes a strong contrast between the wall joints, full of drama, and smoothly connected with the white wall, allowing visual cushioning.



墻面上的雕刻藝術品,將氛圍的表達引至一種情懷,是穿行于灰墻白瓦間、游走在幽幽的小巷里、踩在青青的麻石路上的思古之情,更是對江南深厚底蘊的致敬。于餐廳而言,設計的核心之處在于用餐者的最終體驗之感,而散座區帶有肌理感的紅墻強調了記憶點,使得層次更豐富。設計是一種解決問題的方法,去不斷理解和思考生活的本質。一個有人文關懷、有溫度、有情感的設計作品,是在社會形態的不斷變化下,創造出的符合價值觀的空間,這也是設計師對客戶最溫柔而堅定的回應。餐廳亦是有溫度的存在,將純粹的感官體驗與文化脈絡相輔相承便是其靈魂所在,設計師也將傳承性的情懷融于其中,所到之處,皆為情景。


The sculptures on the wall lead the expression of the atmosphere to a feeling. It is the feeling of thinking about walking through the gray walls and white tiles, wandering in the secluded alleys, stepping on the green and gravel road, and even more A tribute to the profound heritage of Jiangnan. In the restaurant, the core of the design lies in the final experience of the diners, while the red wall with a sense of texture in the scattered area emphasizes the memory points, making the level richer. Design is a way to solve problems and constantly understand and think about the nature of life. A design with humanistic care, temperature and emotion is a space that conforms to values under the constant changes of social form. This is also the gentlest and firm response of designers to customers. The restaurant also has the existence of temperature. It is the soul of the pure sensory experience and the cultural context. The designer also integrates the inherited feelings into the place. Wherever they go, they are all scenes.


一水柔情,盈一袖暗香,撐開一把精致的油紙傘,感受的不僅僅是煙雨江南,更是文化情懷與空間的相融相生,空間之中,自由溫婉多情,柔美靈動。


A water tenderness, a sleeve of dark fragrance, open a delicate oil paper umbrella, feel more than just the rain and the south of the Yangtze River, but also the cultural feelings and space blend together, space, free and warm, passionate and flexible.
