觀城,也如觀人。某種程度上,認知城市的先覺要素便是食物,它帶著一座城市的文化脈絡、地域特點以及精神情感。而之于北京,那便是烤鴨,從明至清,作為皇親國戚的御用食物,其地位可見一斑。


Watching the city is also like watching people. To some extent, the foresight element of cognitive cities is food, which carries the cultural context, regional characteristics, and spiritual emotions of a city. In Beijing, it is the roast duck, from Ming to Qing, as the royal food of the royal family, its status can be seen.


雙井店擁有1500㎡的開闊空間,設計師施以低調簡約的暖灰色系作為主調,配合統一質感的材料應用,大膽地使用減法思維來做設計,用更純粹的方式為空間主題做了概況與歸納,增強視覺印象,識別性更高。當品牌發展到了一定時期后,專屬的視覺形象將會幫助客戶提升對四季民福的直觀印象,而不再是需要使用過于豐富的技術手法,來打造所謂的熱鬧氣氛。不同于中式餐飲空間的環境中常出現的“新”和“亮”,雙井店的整體空間把握在一種均衡、穩重的氣勢之中,暖調的灰色或深或淺占據了視線所及之處,在幾處功能區域中,又通過材質的變換添加了豐富地肌理效果。


Shuangjing Store has an open space of 1500m2. The designer uses the low-key and simple warm gray as the main theme. With the uniform texture material application, boldly use the subtractive thinking to design, and make the space theme in a more pure way. Overview and induction, enhance visual impression, and higher recognition. When the brand develops for a certain period of time, the exclusive visual image will help customers to enhance the intuitive impression of the four seasons, instead of using too much technical techniques to create a so-called lively atmosphere. Different from the “new” and “bright” that often appear in the environment of Chinese dining space, the overall space of Shuangjing Store is grasped in a balanced and steady momentum, and the warm gray or deep or shallow occupies the sight. In a few functional areas, a rich texture effect is added through the transformation of the material.


水吧區由上至下,由局部弧形吊頂到半“懸浮”吧臺的設計,使用了同樣經過腐蝕處理的鋼板,在局部光源的點綴下,烘托出沉穩又不失時尚的空間氣氛。使用同樣手法的局部金屬弧形吊頂,出現在不同的區域關系中,強調了視覺焦點。自然、安靜大概是詮釋水吧最合適的語匯,好的設計便是這樣一股力量,不矯揉造作,不刻意聲張,從簡單的紋路、本真的木到整個空間的氛圍,一氣呵成。縱觀每一個開闊的空間,而局部的木質椅子和邊柜,則是為了注入溫暖的氣息。淺紅色的壁燈,也成為了素雅的大環境下的點睛之筆。


From the top to the bottom of the water bar area, from the partial curved ceiling to the semi-suspended bar design, the same corroded steel plate is used, which is decorated with local light source to create a calm and stylish atmosphere. Partial metal curved ceilings using the same technique appear in different regional relationships, emphasizing the visual focus. Natural and quiet is probably the most appropriate vocabulary for interpreting water. Good design is such a force. It is not artificial, not deliberate, from simple lines, real wood to the atmosphere of the whole space. Throughout each open space, local wooden chairs and side cabinets are meant to infuse a warm atmosphere. The light red wall lamp has also become the crowning touch in the elegant environment.


空間的整體性深諳“少即是多”的原則,沒有絲毫冗余的裝飾。每一種材質的應用都恰到好處。即便是在彰顯中式風格,也簡單運用了木元素層疊的手法豐富背景墻的層次感。方與圓融會貫通,撐起空間的精氣神。四季民福烤鴨店的火爆上座率,從每家店門前長長的等位隊伍就能反映出來,在雙井店,設計師將烤鴨爐的數量增加到三個,即滿足了客流量的實際需求,解決了到店必點烤鴨,但等菜時間過長的實際痛點,也是在營銷推廣上著重強調烤鴨這一菜品之于四季民福品牌的識別性。


The integrity of space is deep in the principle of “less is more”, without the slightest redundancy. The application of each material is just right. Even in the Chinese style, it is simple to use the layering of wooden elements to enrich the layering of the wall. The square and the circle will penetrate and support the spirit of the space. The hot attendance rate of the Four Seasons Folklore Roast Duck Restaurant can be reflected from the long standing team in front of each store. In Shuangjing Store, the designer increased the number of roast duck ovens to three, which satisfied the passenger flow. The actual demand has solved the actual pain point when the shop must order the roast duck, but the time for waiting for the dish is too long. It also emphasizes the recognition of the roast duck dish in the marketing of the four seasons.


等候區圍繞烤鴨爐周邊而設,相對比以往在面積上擴大了很多,大手筆地從前廳部分釋放出近100平方米,增加了客人在等候時的舒適感,深度考慮到客人到店后的全方位體驗感。一邊等候,一邊可以隨時看到烤鴨師傅極具儀式化的烤制過程,讓客人對烤鴨菜品的認知度大大提升,也同時轉化為與餐廳之間的粘合度。空間的原始結構的二層位置過于封閉狹長,設計師通過拆除局部的樓板結構,形成挑空的空間關系,讓一、二層之間具有了互動的關聯性。一層的設計語言也巧妙地延伸到了二樓。但這里相比一樓,以更佳的布局規劃了更多的用餐位置。在通向二樓樓梯的轉角處,設計師以石為山,以砂礫為水,打造出一處景觀小品,以輕巧的手法給整個空間加入了沉穩的中式氣韻。設計的巧思融入每一個經得起推敲的細節,材料的應用克制而不張揚。


The waiting area is built around the roast duck oven, which is much larger than the previous one. It has released nearly 100 square meters from the front hall, which increases the comfort of the guests while waiting, and takes into account the full after the guests arrive. A sense of orientation. While waiting, you can always see the roasting process of the roast duck chef, which greatly enhances the customer's awareness of roast duck dishes and also translates into a degree of adhesion with the restaurant. The two-layer position of the original structure of the space is too narrow and long. The designer removes the local slab structure and forms a spatial relationship that makes the first and second layers have an interactive relationship. The design language of the first floor also cleverly extended to the second floor. But here, compared to the first floor, more dining locations are planned with a better layout. At the corner leading to the stairs on the second floor, the designer uses stone as the mountain and gravel as the water to create a landscape piece, adding a calm Chinese charm to the whole space with light weight. The ingenuity of the design fits into every detail that can withstand scrutiny, and the application of the material is restrained and unobtrusive.


卡座區域的設計更多考慮到人性化的處理,保證了用餐時的私密性,內部墻面使用了毛氈材料作為裝飾材料,巧妙地添加了時尚元素,并加入黑色的金屬格柵分隔區域。半開敞的卡座區設計,為不同的客戶提供了可能性,在這里更能感受安靜和專注。局部的酒柜,彰顯的設計的可貴性。讓功能和美觀共存,是好設計的共通之處。包房區域,沒有遵循常規設計中的套路。在兩側對稱的空間布局下,以材質和景致的鋪陳,尋求變化和趣味感。


The design of the deck area is more humanized, ensuring privacy during the meal. The interior wall is made of felt material as a decorative material, subtly adding fashion elements and adding a black metal grille to separate the area. The semi-open deck area design offers the possibility for different customers, where they can feel quiet and focused. Partial wine cabinets showcase the value of the design. Coexisting functions and aesthetics is a common feature of good design. The private room area did not follow the routines in the conventional design. Under the symmetrical spatial layout of both sides, the material and the scenery are paved to seek change and fun.


包房內是傳統的中式宴請圓桌,和依舊灰色調為主的空間氛圍。墻面的裝飾畫,沒有濃墨重彩的痕跡,只是寥寥幾筆,將所有的刻意掩埋。通過幾處一反規態的設計細節,設計師將四季民福烤鴨店的專屬特性打造而出,伴隨著品牌不斷成長與成熟的過程,讓設計更好地為客戶服務。


The private dining room is a traditional Chinese banquet round table, and the space atmosphere is still dominated by gray. The decorative painting on the wall has no traces of heavy ink, just a few strokes, and all the deliberate burial. Through several unconventional design details, the designer created the exclusive features of the Four Seasons Folklore Roast Duck Restaurant. With the continuous growth and maturity of the brand, the design will serve the customer better.
