早在公元400多年的南北朝,《食珍錄》中即有“炙鴨”字樣出現,歷經宋、元,成為明、清宮廷的美味,后逐步由皇宮傳到民間。 至當下,當我們反觀歷史的時候,感受到味覺的歲月迭變的同時,也對空間有了新的認知。唐廊烤鴨店位于中糧祥云小鎮——由設計師吳為傾力打造,從傳統的飲食文化出發,由材質、色彩、藝術等不同方向由淺入深,循序漸進,力求打造一個飽具藝術氣息的餐飲空間。

It is created by designer Wu Wei. Starting from the traditional food culture, the material, color, art and other directions are from shallow to deep, step by step, and strive to create an artistic atmosphere. Dining space.


如果說,居室是溫馨舒適的,那餐飲空間必定是略帶煙火氣的高亢明亮,而設計師反其意而用之,空間中大面積施以中性色調鋪開,靜謐的孔雀藍、沉穩的中國紅、質感十足的金屬色澤,烘托出整個空間的色調層次。質感間的統一、對比,和諧、躍動,都融于每一處細節,每一次目光落下的精致細膩,也正是呼應了中式菜品在色香味形上的講究,讓就餐的儀式感油然而生。在唐廊,空間的氛圍是熱情而不喧囂,親切而不市井,食客身處其中細細品味。在設計語言上,點線面之間的關系在設計師手中被完美詮釋,空間的層次感,色彩間的相互襯托,質感的對比關系,都融于一室。

In the design language, the relationship between the dotted lines is perfectly interpreted in the hands of the designer, the layering of the space, the contrast between the colors, and the contrast of the textures are all in one room.


步入餐廳,一層主要作為公共空間使用,以散坐形式存在,中心區域特別設置了中央水景,這就有引申出空間的另一層涵義,寓餐飲于景觀之中——陶冶心性。拾階而上,天花上傾瀉而下的“搟面杖”裝置如山水連綿起伏,長長短短之間,充滿趣味,似乎只有在這樣的環境中,才能將回憶展開,娓娓道來……美國著名建筑師弗蘭克·勞埃德·賴特曾經說過:“ 木材是最有人情味的材料 ” 的確,木材質感溫潤細膩,極具親和力,是大自然賜予人類珍貴的禮物。二樓延續一樓的主色調,整體空間靜謐而舒適,一側靠窗的位置充分保證室內的光線,便隨著天花藝術裝置灑落而下,空間便框出一幅活色生香的畫面。二層墻面上吊掛了四幅江南木雕花板,是業主無意間收來的舊時精致之物,置于當下的現代環境之中,時空間的轉變,帶出更多的意味,也為空間中添加了懷舊之感。


這大概是最愜意的空間,金色吊燈的點綴與青磚的粗曠形成強烈對比,成為空間中一抹精致的存在,午后于此品茗,窗外綠意潺潺。“或三五而選一,或數十而選一,必面背四旁,色澤青藍,無燥紋墜角,叩之聲震而清者,乃為入格。”青磚是中華文明的象征之一,似乎從其繁復的工藝可窺探傳統文化的精髓。在唐廊的各種裝飾材料中,設計師尤愛青磚元素,各具特色的設計手法將青磚的質感層層呈現,吧臺部分依次排列的磚墻形成了強烈的秩序感;錯落嵌入在金屬仿銅框架之中的青磚,將經歷過年代洗禮的斑駁城墻之感娓娓道來。

寧謐而悠然的原木清香加之青磚的素雅、古樸、寧靜,將喧囂的都市隔絕于外,靜心養神,打造一處“隱于市”的桃源所在,帶來獨特的用餐體驗。“大象無形”似乎只有古拙質樸的原木色才能與現代空間的形成強烈的對比與沖擊,從而形成強烈的戲劇話效果。紅酒架有序排列,儼然整齊,而后空間形成錯落感,平面、立體之間交相輝映。除此之外,它也被用作隔斷,把空間區分開來。二樓最大的驚喜是一端盡頭的小型宴會廳,可用作聚會的場所,墻面使用了肌理漆,將故宮紅墻的掠影引入室內,那經過時間洗禮的磚紅,將廳內的色彩氛圍渲染開來。
