四季民福東安門店是繼故宮店之后迅速開幕的又一家新店,位于黃金商街的東安門大街之上,與故宮店一街之隔,交相呼應。四季民福的整體風格定位在現代休閑中式,同樣是以現代寫意的方式在餐飲空間中傳遞傳統中式之美,但每一家店面的表現手法又不盡相同,不同的主題設定,為就餐者帶來了多樣化的視覺體驗。 


Four Seasons Minfu Dong'anmen Store is another new store that opened after the Forbidden City Store. It is located on Dong'anmen Street in Huangjin Street, which is separated from the Forbidden City Store by one street. The overall style of Four Seasons Folk Welfare is positioned in modern casual Chinese style. It also conveys the traditional Chinese style in the dining space in the form of modern freehand, but the performance of each store is different. Different themes are set for the diners. A diverse visual experience has come.


本案的設計靈感源自于山,取義“云里尋華,霧里看山”,將中國傳統文化、藝術之中對山的欣賞與理解,通過現代化的設計語言展現而出。自然界中山的有機形態,通過剪影化的設計處理,提煉出具體而硬朗的形態,由鋼板切割成型后裝飾在墻面,并配以暗藏的燈帶形成了恰到好處的立體感。天棚處使用了異形切割的木掛板吊頂裝飾,無規則的排列呈現出重巒疊嶂之勢似隱于云間,強烈地韻律感成為了視覺上的絕對主角。


The design of the case is inspired by the mountains. The meaning of “seeking the clouds in the clouds and seeing the mountains in the fog” is to show the appreciation and understanding of the mountains in Chinese traditional culture and art through modern design language. The organic form of Zhongshan in the natural world, through the silhouetted design process, extracts a concrete and tough shape, which is cut and formed by the steel plate and decorated on the wall surface, and is equipped with a hidden light strip to form a proper three-dimensional feeling. The ceiling is decorated with a wooden hanging plate ceiling with a special-shaped cut. The irregular arrangement appears to be hidden in the cloud, and the strong rhythm becomes the absolute dominant character in the visual.

 

    與山形吊頂形成上下對應的地面鋪裝,使用了具有天然紋理的水墨效果石材,腳下自然“流動”的線條感,呼應著隨處可見的山形。每一處區域間相隔的玻璃隔斷,定制了磨砂效果的霧化玻璃,若隱若現的半透明狀,模擬出了山間霧氣昭昭地視覺效果。


 The ground pavement with the mountain-shaped ceiling forms the top and bottom, using the ink-effect stone with natural texture, and the natural "flowing" sense of the foot under the foot, echoing the mountain shape that can be seen everywhere. The glass partitions between each area are separated, and the frosted effect of the atomized glass is customized. The opaque translucent shape simulates the visual effect of the mist in the mountains.


入口處狹長的通道中設置了等候區及烤鴨房,透明的玻璃隔斷被鐵藝框架勾勒出極簡的視覺效果,與傳統經典的烤鴨房形成的儀式感,產生了強烈的對比關系,在起到隔音、隔溫的保護作用同時,也增加了的觀賞性。與之相對而設的等候區在墻面裝飾上也做足了文章,利用回收的老榆木材料,重新處理切割成條狀后,手工排列處隨機的凹凸感,間或嵌入了同等寬度的條狀鏡面不銹鋼材料,在質樸的材質之中增加現代的設計元素。


The waiting area and roast duck room are set in the narrow passageway at the entrance. The transparent glass partition is outlined by the wrought iron frame, which creates a minimalist visual effect. It creates a strong contrast with the traditional classic roast duck house. At the same time, the protection of sound insulation and temperature insulation also increases the ornamental. The opposite waiting area has also made an article on the wall decoration. Using the recycled old eucalyptus material, it is re-processed and cut into strips, and the random unevenness is manually arranged, and the strips of the same width are embedded. The mirror-like stainless steel material adds a modern design element to the rustic material.


   同樣的處理手法也出現在過廳的墻面裝飾上,將烤鴨爐中使用的果樹材料切割之后以平面化的形式拼貼在墻面上,與局部的鏡面不銹鋼裝飾形成直接的對比關系,而此處的設計也通過鏡面反射的效果,減弱了梁的概念,在視覺上模糊了層高低矮的問題。


  The same treatment method also appeared on the wall decoration of the hall, cutting the fruit tree material used in the roast duck oven and then tiling it on the wall surface in a planar form, which directly contrasts with the local mirror stainless steel decoration. The design here also uses the effect of specular reflection, which weakens the concept of the beam and visually blurs the problem of the height of the layer.
