南方的巷子文化以零距離的鄰里關系帶來親密的生活體驗,設計師以此為靈感隱去了餐桌間的距離感,帶來輕松的交流體驗。巷子中常見的夯土結構,原木材料制作的梁木、窗欞,這些原生態的材料建于巷子之中,也與此共生共存,在餐廳的材料處理上,舊建筑中老榆木梁在這里得以重生,與新的原木梁一起以斗拱造型成為了天花部分的大型裝置,將舊日的記憶引入當下,同時細膩的南派花格也融于北方粗獷的環境下,局部被施以黃銅材質來演繹,這種有溫度的金屬材料,即傳統又現代。


The southern alley culture brings a close living experience with zero-distance neighborhoods, and the designer uses this as an inspiration to hide the sense of distance between the tables, bringing a relaxed communication experience. The common bauxite structure in the alley, the beam wood and the window sill made of the log material, these original ecological materials are built in the alley, and coexist with this. In the material processing of the restaurant, the old elm beam in the old building is here. Rebirth, together with the new log beam, has become a large-scale device for smallpox, bringing the memory of the old days to the present, while the delicate Nanpai lattice is also melted in the rough environment of the north, partially applied with brass. To interpret this kind of temperature metal material, traditional and modern.


餐廳的空間色調由穩重大氣的原木、灰磚所傳遞,傳統建筑中的琥珀蘭,猶如點翠般地精彩呈現;另一道驚艷的色彩來自于地道的辣椒紅,食材中的鮮亮色彩與味蕾上的純粹口感,將多層次的感受精準提煉而出。


The color of the restaurant's space is conveyed by the steady log and the gray bricks. The amber orchid in the traditional building is like a beautiful green. Another amazing color comes from the authentic red pepper, the bright color and taste buds in the food. The pure taste of the multi-level feelings is refined and refined.
